You agree that Products returned to our store as not required/not suitable will not be accepted for return more than 7 days after first delivery to you.
Acceptance of returned goods will be at the sole discretion of Matthews Sports Vision and shall be subject to the goods being received in a new resalable state and in complete original wrappers.
Should goods not be returned in ‘as new’ state, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% (fifteen per cent).
Custom orders, such as prescription eyewear, are excluded from this 7 day returns policy and are non-returnable.
Matthews Sports Vision complies with The Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
Where goods ordered are indented (customised or non-standard) especially for you, you agree that subject to Matthews Sports Vision meeting your pre-stated delivery requirement, such an order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
In the event you cancel such an order, other than for delivery delay, you agree to pay for the order in its entirety by due date. Indent Orders are not returnable as per the Returns policy above unless they do not meet the agreed specification.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
Whilst we will refund any shipping charges incurred with returns; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Arrival of your order could take up to three or more working days.
If your order is over $100 it will be sent out with a signature required upon receipt unless advised otherwise in the order notes.
